| TurkLeader works through a mentoring system, whereby top Turkish individuals (TurkLeader mentors) guide selected students/young professionals (TurkLeader mentorees) and pay individual attention to their personal and professional growth. |
We run two different programs: |
|
MBA PREP: The objective of this program is to perfect MBA/Master of Science applications of Turkish applicants and increase the total number of Turkish students accepted at top master programs. Once selected for MBA PREP, mentorees go through various stages of the application process and are supported throughout. In addition to the main mentor (mentor responsible for the applicant), functional mentors such as CV writers, interviewers, GMAT tutors and application strategists help the mentorees. |
MBA PREP was launched in '07 and still running with growing success. In its first year, the program helped numerous Turkish applicants reach better education opportunities. Information about the alumni of this program and their testimonials will be available on our website very soon.

CAREER PREP: The objective of this program is to increase the transfer of knowledge among high potential Turkish individuals and help young individuals realize their professional potential.Once selected, mentorees will be assigned to main mentors who are accomplished in the sector/area the mentorees want to pursue their career. For example, if the mentoree is interested in finance, an investment banker or auditor may be the main mentor. The main mentor will use various career tools to help the mentoree make the right career choices. Counseling will cover assessment of goals, career planning, first hand information about industries and job functions, continuous advice on career decisions and corporate world.
