| Onur Aydin - Founder & President |
| After completing his B.A in Business Administration at Bogazici University with High Honors, Onur started his career at Toyota Saudi Arabia / Abdul Latif Jameel Group, where he worked as a product manager and managed a portfolio with annual turnover of more than $300 million. Next, he joined Toyota Motor Corporation Australia as integrated planning manager and led the sales and supply planning activities for passenger vehicles; most notably he spearheaded the planning for the historic launches of Camry & Aurion. Having lived in Canada (where he studied at McGill University), Australia and S.Arabia, Onur realized the importance of global education and work experience for the development of future Turkish leaders and, thus; came up with the idea and concept behind TurkLeader. Most recently, Onur worked at the London office of Boston Consulting Group as a summer consultant. He is currently doing his MBA at Harvard Business School. |

| Ural Akuzum |
| H. Ural Akuzum studied Administration and Political Sciences at Montpellier University after his graduation from Galatasaray High School. Later, he got his law degree from Marmara University in Istanbul. A Ph.D candidate on Public Law, he is teaching International Relations, Political Sciences and Law at different universities and schools and is working as an editor and writer on Politics and Law in several publications. Ural is also the president of Ari Hareketi
and the Managing Partner of Kural Legal&Business Consultancy,which he started. |
| Orkun Kilic |
| Orkun Kilic is currently doing his MBA at Harvard Business School.Previously, he worked at Fiba Capital Holdings; private equity arm of Fiba Holding,where he had exposure to deals of more than $350 million in Eastern Europe and in Asia,concentrating on hospitality, real estate and health services sectors. Before joining Fiba Capital, he was a project manager at Finansbank Business Development and Strategy
Office; his focus was to create and develop commercial and retail banking activities in Russia, Romania and Turkey. Orkun holds BA degrees in Management and in Economics from Koc University where he graduated magna cum laude and MSc. degree in Financial Engineering from Bogazici University |
| Bulent Kozlu |
| Bulent Kozlu is currently a second-year student at Harvard Business School. Prior to attending HBS, Bulent worked at the Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. At Carlyle he focused on US private equity investments in the automotive, transportation and defense sectors. Prior to joining Carlyle, Bulent worked as an analyst at Lazard in New York City, in the firm's Restructuring Investment Banking group. Bulent
received his BA in Government from Harvard College with honors. He graduated from Koc Ozel Lisesi.

| Y. Atilla Tac is currently trade category manager of the Ice Cream Business Unit at Unilever Turkey, where he has gained four years of experience in key account
management, sales and operations while working at different business units such as food,house care and personal care. In addition, he spent six months at Unilever Paris office, leading the global category projects within Unilever-Carrefour global team. Atilla is a graduate of Bogazici University where he completed his B.S in Civil Engineering, with Honors. He received his high school diploma from Galatasaray High School. |
| Baris Yilmaz |
| Baris Yilmaz is currently a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. Before pursuing his MBA degree, Baris was with Procter & Gamble in Geneva, working as the Regional Brand Manager leading the $200 million business across Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Brand Manager in P&G Turkey where he was responsible for the launch of a new business and the turnaround of an existing business line. Baris holds BA in Business Administration and BA in Economics from Koc University, Istanbul, where he was the valedictorian. |
| Aysan Yapici |
| Aysan Yapici began her career at Koc Group as an auditor and consultant for two years,after getting her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Bogazici
University in 2003. She has been a member of the brain-team that assisted the CEO and the Board of Directors in all corporate finance related issues concerning the automotive and consumer durables industries. She is currently doing her master's degree in Financial Engineering at the Sorbonne in Paris. She has accomplished with Distinction the first year of her master studies that took place partly in London School of Economics. She is currently working at the EBRD (European Bank of Reconstruction and Development) as a associate risk manager, in London. |
